Turn off the M5 at junction 27 take the exit signposted to Tiverton A361. Continue down the dual carriage way until you reach a roundabout (approx 6.5 miles) then take the 3rd exit signposted to Bampton A396, drive down this road passing through Bolham and Cove we are 1 mile outside of Cove on the left handside at the mini roundabout.
